What is Continuous Flow?
Continous Flow Means to produce and move 1 item at the time into a series of steps.
Each step is one process, and the material should pass the processes as continuously as possible.
Each step as to produce just what is requested to the next step.
No 1 Less no 1 More than requested.
You can achieve the continuous flow in different ways as Moving Lines or U-Cells.
The goal of the continuous flow is to reduce the Lead Time, Reduce the Inventory and Reduce the seven wastes.
