Having a problem means having a standard (but often the standard is missing or has very high variations). If we do not have a consistent standard, we do not have the problem. Having a standard means having a consistent way to measure the standard. Current measurements and future targets for current measurements are converging with the objectives, strategies, mission and vision of companies.
