- Alignment of people on inspiring objectives
- How big companies are using the OKR
- The quarter can be a good rhythm of progression
The first time I have read about the OKR was by reading this book:
Exponential Organization was written by a member of the “Singularity University”.
I am not an expert on the OKR but I will try this new way of working soon!
